Davis Unified Ignition Dyna-Batt Batteries
Davis Unified Ignition Dyna-Batt batteries produce more power per pound than any battery on the market. They have the cranking power of wet cell batteries three times their size! This is due to their extremely low internal resistance, which allows for faster, more consistent starting. Dyna-Batt batteries do not have a cold cranking amp rating like other batteries, but have been tested to crank engines with compression ratios as high as 15:1. Space limitations with blowers, tunnel rams, and firewalls can prevent the use of large cap distributors in some engine bays—so a smaller diameter distributor is necessary.
