Doug's Headers offers LS Swap exhaust systems for a wide range of vehicles, including many Chevy, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and GMC models from the 1960s and '70s. They feature mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for maximum flow and long-lasting durability. Each system contains a stainless muffler and H-pipe or X-pipe design for a true muscle car sound. These exhausts tuck up tight with the Doug's transmission crossmember for maximum ground clearance. Sikky Manufacturing LSX swap headers allow perfect drop-in fitment. Designed around using the Sikky mount kits and components, these headers are available for several applications in mild steel, ceramic coated mild steel, or with stainless steel primaries and collectors. (See product Notes and Applications for specific model fitment details.) Features include: * V-band flange pre-installed—clamp and other half included—(not all models) * Includes new gaskets and bolts * May have one oxygen sensor bung installed per header (not all models) Ceramic coating process includes: * Parts are thermal degreased at 750 degrees for 3 hours to remove any impurities and contaminates—the most effective way to clean parts * After thermal, they go through a series of blasting on all surfaces * Once a surface profile is created, they are hand-sprayed with aluminum ceramic coating * After parts are covered, they're put in the oven and cured at 750 degrees for 2 1/2 hours * When curing is complete, they are polished to a high luster in a vibratory polisher using special ceramic beads, along with special soap and water * After polishing, they receive a wipe down and inspection before going to shipping * 3-year warranty on coatings for corrosion
