OTB Gear remote canister oil filters are indeed a striking and compact update on an old concept. They can be plumbed through the bottom or backside surfaces, which will reduce your oil line clutter. These units use a commonly available spin-on type oil filter (provided) and 3/8 in. NPT fittings (not included). Each filter is drilled and tapped for 3/8 in. mounting hardware and comes with two plugs to cap off the unused fitting holes.
