Jesel Sportsman tie-bar roller lifters offer Jesel quality and durability at a lower cost. From mild drag engines, street/strip builds, pleasure boats to circle track, these lifters will give you the bulletproof performance you are looking for. Sportsman lifters have polished 8620 heat-treated bodies and are assembled with bronze bushing cam rollers. They also share the same roller, axle, tie-bar, and hardware found in Jesel's Pro Series line. The bronze bushings used have been tested for durability through hundreds of torturous dyno pulls and over a million cycles on Jesel's in-house Spintron. Lifters are available for select OE and aftermarket applications with a range of lifter body diameters from .842 in. to .905 in. with either offset or on-center pushrod seats. Choose the proper fit for your application. COMP Cams shaft mount aluminum rocker arms are one of the most cost-effective ways to increase horsepower. These shaft rockers were designed using the latest in computer software and engineering. They center the roller tip over the valve tip at the correct time so that the roller tip is never more than 0.020 in. off-center of the valve tip. At the greatest load point, the roller tip contact is on the center of the valve. At valve closing, the roller tip contact is slightly behind the valve centerline. When the valve is at full open, the tip contact is slightly behind the centerline of the valve. The results are more horsepower and better performance.

Manley titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem. These jewel-like valves are machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for both the intakes and exhausts, providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. All Manley titanium valves must pass their rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control enables them to deliver parts within tight tolerance. Custom valves can be delivered within a very reasonable turnaround time. Seat coatings are also available on certain shelf stock part numbers, as well as on custom valves.
