Holley Gen V LT accessory drive installation kits allow the use of high-mount LS accessory drive systems on LT engines. These kits allow you to choose the source for supplemental accessories and components that are often already on a donor engine or host vehicle. This drive system has incorporated an upgrade to the conventional looking and central located (Camaro style) LS water pump that works in conjunction with an OEM LT1 truck harmonic balancer. An idler bracket holds a non-tensioning pulley to guide the belt, while a tensioner bracket holds a spring-loaded pulley that applies and maintains proper tension on the belt. They're designed to allow different intake manifolds, superchargers, or other components to be installed.
