Looking for a really trick way to drop a bunch of friction in your Ford engine? Naturally, Ford has the answer. These Ford Performance Parts roller cam bearings will do the trick. They're ultra-low-friction needle roller types, and they require so little lubrication that you can actually block off the stock cam oiling holes.
