Holley's Ford 7.3L Godzilla high-mount accessory drive base kits with their patent-pending technology, integrates timing cover, oil pump, oil pan, water pump, alternator, and the option for A/C and/or P/S, all in one streamlined system. Plus, they are compatible with both factory crank pulleys and aftermarket damper/pulleys. Positioning an engine swap correctly is crucial, ensuring it aligns with the vehicle's original engine's crankshaft centerline. Holley's innovative solution achieves just that, allowing proper engine placement while providing clearance for a stock Fox Body hood (when used with a low-profile intake). Our system replaces Ford's sump-mounted oil pump with a high-capacity gerotor pump positioned behind the timing cover, gaining crucial crossmember and ground clearance. To ensure reliability, they incorporated a proven pump design utilizing Melling sourced components that mimics the factory pressure level. Unlike most pumps that require removing the oil pan to change the pressure spring, Holley introduced a first-of-its-kind external access port, allowing hassle-free spring switching. Moreover, their cast aluminum oil pan features a performance-minded windage tray and baffle, guaranteeing proper oil pickup during high-G maneuvers. For extreme situations, such as drag racing, upgrade to the optional race baffle to always ensure proper oil delivery.
