Patented ATI Super Damper standard harmonic balancers are the only crankshaft dampers designed exclusively for high performance engines. Inner and outer shells are available in aluminum or steel, and contain a steel inertia weight. The inertia weights have six (2-ring design) or eight (3-ring design) computer-machined grooves to retain the proper durometer O-rings (dyno tested for each application). PowerBond Race performance harmonic balancers bring the advantages of bonded balancers to high-revving and high-horsepower street/race applications where an SFI-approved balancer is required. They have been tested beyond 21,000 rpm without failure, and every balancer features a precision CNC-machined AISI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring. They are very light and in most cases, they are only marginally heavier than the original cast iron balancer. The steel inertia ring on the Race Series models is positively protected against forward and backward movement. These Supercharged series dampers place the powerful protection of ATI Super Damper inside of the crankshaft blower pulley. Available in 66 to 77-tooth 8mm pitch, and 40 to 51-tooth 14mm pitch, these balancers eliminate torsional crankshaft vibrations and feature dual-keyway hubs. These balancers exceed SFI 18.1 specs, have laser-engraved 360 degree timing marks, and are finished in a black zinc chromate. Numerous pulley offsets are available to keep the blower drive as close to the engine as possible, reducing the bending moment to the crankshaft nose.

ATI Super Damper Serpentine Series harmonic balancers are patented and feature grooves for serpentine belts machined into the outer damper shell. The dampers come with six outer grooves for standard OEM drive systems—but eight and 10 grooves are available for supercharger or turbo applications. Serpentine dampers are offered in a variety of diameters, and crank hubs may be fitted with a 6-groove serpentine pulley to drive external oil pumps or vehicle accessories. PRW Elite Series SFI-rated racing FluidGel dampers are made with an internal steel inertia ring that is surrounded by a high-viscosity silicone gel. The inertia ring "floats" in the silicone gel to combat the engine harmonics at all rpm ranges.
