There are many parts working together to keep your car engine from overheating. Summit Racing™ does the legwork for you to assemble them into complete cooling kits. You'll receive an aluminum downflow radiator with two rows of cooling fins, a plastic fan and aluminum shroud, thermostat, thermal fan switch kit, and radiator hoses and cap. Some replacement models also include a transmission cooler. Just match up the overall and core sizes of these Summit Racing™ complete cooling kits with the specs for your particular vehicle (certain cooling units are for Ford Mustang applications). These combos feature Summit Racing Street & Strip® radiators--furnace-brazed, all-aluminum construction with aluminum water tanks, tubes, fins, and header for reduced weight. DeWitts Pro-Series direct-fit radiator modules install in the stock mounting position and use the factory connections without any modifications or adapters. Expertly assembled and then furnace-brazed, their epoxy-free cores feature two rows of 1.00 inch cooling tubes and a serpentine fin. The radiators' press-formed end tanks are manually TIG-welded by skilled craftsmen to provide the ultimate in strength and appearance. Included is an aluminum shroud with a Spal electric fan mounting in position, one wire harness, and a temperature switch; some models also have a built-in transmission cooler. DeWitts Pro-Series direct-fit radiator modules are available in crossflow and downflow styles, as well as a range of sizes for vehicle-specific applications.
