The engineers at FAST teamed up with the airflow specialists at RHS to develop a 3-piece, polymer intake manifold. They are constructed from a proprietary advanced polymer material that offers a host of benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight and improved strength and heat dissipating characteristics. While they feature a 102mm air inlet that is perfectly suited to the FAST Big Mouth 102mm throttle body, they can also be used with stock or aftermarket 90mm or 92mm throttle bodies. Other features include integrated nitrous bungs and perfect bolt-on fitment that allows for the use of factory accessories without modifications or clearance concerns. FAST LSXR intake manifolds' 3-piece modular design allows for easy disassembly and porting. This new design gives you the ability to remove individual runners from the manifold for modification.

Walbro electric in-tank fuel pumps are available in a variety of flow ratings, including pumps that flow significantly more fuel at higher pressure. The outside dimensions, however, of many pumps are compact enough to fit existing hanger assemblies, without modification. All pumping components have been validated to OEM specifications for use in E85/flex fuel applications. Most Walbro in-tank fuel pumps utilize a proven gerotor design. Some high-performance models, including those designed for engines with more than 750 hp, feature a dual-channel turbine design for maximum efficiency in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The blades feed two high-pressure pumping channels, as opposed to a conventional single-stage pump that uses an impeller with a single row of blades at its outer edge. This innovative design results in improved hot fuel flow, as well as minimal noise and current use, resulting in efficiency that's higher than conventional pumps. Some pumps require modifications to system wiring, fuel lines, and the fuel module, and should be professionally installed. FAST LSXRT intake manifolds are designed specifically for GM truck engines (4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L) and LS1, LS2, and LS6 race applications where hood clearance is not a concern. FAST LSXRT 102mm intake manifolds follow the path chartered by the original FAST LSX Gen III intakes by featuring a modular design that allows for easy porting and disassembly and a runner design that yields an incredible 25 peak horsepower gain over the stock intake (on a stock 6.0L engine with a Big Mouth 102mm throttle body). Automobile engines are a perfect balance of science and mechanical engineering. Each part is designed to interact with the other in perfect harmony to produce a means of transportation. One very small, but very vital component found in this mass orchestra of mechanics is the idle air control valve, or better known to mechanics as the IAC. Edelbrock offers their version, the GM stepper IAC motors, that also includes a valve gasket. The IAC valves adjust the airflow to improve motor idling. The gasket provides a tight seal to avoid a leaky throttle system, which could be a nuisance and also dangerous.
