These Snow Performance Stage-3 gasoline boost cooler kits are unmatched for accuracy and adjustability in water-methanol injection systems. These systems can be used on any EFI engine--naturally aspirated or forced induction--and any forced induction application. They can read and inject according to either EFI fuel injector pulse-width or boost level, or any combination of both! Extremely easy to set up and dial in, the software creates a two-dimensional delivery map from just a few easy-to-set start and full points that you punch in. The LCD screen displays boost pressure and injector pulse width percentage, as well as water-methanol injection percentage. Quick, easy, positive adjustments are made with two push buttons. Their low-profile design allows for easy-to-view and discrete mounting. In diesel engines, the effect of these Snow Performance Stage-3 Diesel water/methanol injection systems is threefold: 1. The intercooling effect provides more available air and all the benefits of a higher positive pressure ratio (more power-giving fuel can be utilized safely without high-combustion temperatures); 2. The combustion of water provides more power on the power stroke; 3. Methanol acts as an additional fuel for more power. These systems are designed for applications over 350 hp/25 psig boost. The Snow Stage-3 Diesel kit features a new digital variable controller with a 2d map programmed into it's microprocessor that takes both boost and exhaust gas temps into account in regulating injection. The net effect is smooth power in all engine load states with no combustion quench resulting in a true turn-on-and-forget system. The controller is dash mounted and includes read-outs for boost, exhaust gas temp, and pump output for full visibility. Snow Performance boost cooler stage-3 2D map progressive water/methanol injection systems bring true 2D mapped water/methanol injection delivery to your direct fuel injected and forced induction vehicles. These create a 2D injection map based off boost and fuel pressure sensor input to deliver an extremely accurate amount of water/methanol when the engine needs it most. Bringing fuel pressure into the mix allows the injection curve to be extended past specific boost points for greater range/control. The stage 3 boost cooler controller is designed to mount on the steering column or the dash so no additional gauge pods need to be purchased and functions as a boost gauge, water/methanol controller, and fuel system monitor all in one! Proven to reduce the air inlet temperature by up to 100 degrees and increase octane by 25 points for maximum HP and cooling. Comes with adjustable stage 3 controller, -4 AN fittings, and, stainless steel braided line to mount pump/tank in the engine bay of your vehicle.
