Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water/methanol—and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. The Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler will make the induction charge colder, denser, and increase 91 octane fuel to 116 octane race gas levels, allowing full power all the time! These in-line fuel pumps are capable of high pressures and flows while maintaining a low amperage draw and quiet performance. They are designed to work on high-boosted race cars, endurance cars, and daily drivers. VR pumps will work with gasoline, methanol, and E-85 (compatible for methanol and E85 for competitive drag race use only- when draining and flushing after each race event). The VR1 and VR2 models are capable of a consistent 130 psi, can be fully submerged in the fuel cell or chassis mounted, and feature race-worthy billet aluminum construction for lasting durability and looks. Whether running 300 or 3,000 hp, Holley has a brushless pump for you.
