Snow Performance stage 2.5 forced induction progressive water/methanol injection kits provide increased performance with or without nitrous. Water methanol injection cools your incoming air charge and increases the total octane effect of pump gas. This allows you to run increased timing, which results in increased power and torque. When used with nitrous, the need for timing retard is greatly reduced or eliminated, and boosted applications especially benefit from reduced intake temperatures. Snow Performance Boost Cooler Stage-2.5 water/methanol injection systems suppress detonation so that more power-producing timing can be utilized. Water, with its high latent heat of vaporization, cools the intake charge and combustion. Methanol cools the charge and combustion, but also acts like an extremely high-octane fuel (some researchers claim as high as 120 octane) and adds more oxygen to combustion. Complete with custom water-methanol injection throttle body spacer plate, braided stainless line, and 4AN fittings offering un-surpassed reliability and ease of install.
