FUELAB 529 Series electronic fuel pressure regulators work directly with the FUELAB Prodigy line of fuel pumps to reduce heat build-up and vapor lock conditions related to street/strip operation. Set the pressure mechanically like a traditional bypass regulator and let their demand-based speed control take care of the rest! These regulators generate a signal to the pump to control the return line flow rate. This feature reduces current draw while at low engine output to prevent fuel overheating--which could lead to system failure. Additional info: * Designed for use with FUELAB® Prodigy fuel pumps (41401,41402,41403,42401, and 42402 only) * Patented method for demand-based flow control; able to detect changes in demand before change in rail pressure is realized * Automatically reduces current draw at low flow demand * Additional analog output to track actual fuel system capacity * Independent system--no other connections, control boxes, or calibration required * Gasoline, diesel, methanol, and ethanol fuel compatible * Billet aluminum construction with anodized finish * Fine thread pitch for precise pressure adjustment * Versatile mounting bracket and stainless steel hardware * 1/8 in. NPT gauge port with plug for external pressure gauge * 1/8 in. NPT pressure reference port with barbed fitting

FUELAB dual pump fuel surge tank systems are ideal for Autocross or off-road use—where fast changes in g-forces can allow air to be picked up by the main fuel pump. FUELAB fuel surge tank systems maintain a small amount of fuel to operate their own internal fuel pump that can supply high fuel flow rates, while only needing a relatively low fuel flow rate from the main fuel pump. A return line is required to return excess fuel back to the vehicle's fuel tank. Every FUELAB surge tank features a high-quality billet aluminum construction and long-lasting finish. There are two different sizes available to fit your specific needs.
