Wilson Manifolds V-Band Base Throttle Bodies
Wilson Manifolds V-band base throttle bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum on precision CNC machining centers for consistent quality and lighter weight. They're developed using the latest computer modeling software and test equipment to create a design that yields maximum flow for maximum power. Wilson V-band throttle bodies feature brass throttle blades to control vibration and reduce thermal expansion. They are fastened to the throttle shaft using aircraft-quality hardware that has had Loctite applied and has been peened to ensure a positive retention of the blades. Wilson Manifolds V-band throttle bodies offer more air with better flow and a secure fit.
