TYC fuel pumps contain no remanufactured components and are designed to operate in either city or highway driving. Both the motor and fuel module components are precision-made—from computer-controlled rotationally balanced armatures to CNC-machined impeller housing and motor shells—no details are spared in order to do what it takes to produce a premium quality fuel pump. The premium performance pump design improves flow rate over the original stock unit to ensure sufficient fuel overcomes the resistance that may be present in older vehicles' fuel delivery tubes. Furthermore, all TYC fuel pumps and modules go through extensive testing methods that includes SAE 1537 compliance, which considers durability, noise, and simulated contaminated fuel with granules, using ISO and TS certified laboratory equipment and protocols.
