Trail-Gear Power Steering Hose Kits

When installing a SAS kit on your Tacoma, the rack and pinion must be removed and replaced, usually with an 1986-95 Toyota IFS power steering box. Trail-Gear has developed a power steering hose conversion kit that will allow you to remove your rack and pinion and install an IFS box in its place. Trail-Gear power steering hose conversion kits come with all the necessary hoses, clamps, and fittings to get the job done right. Choose the proper kit for your vehicle.

Trail-Gear Extended Brake Lines

Trail Gear extended brake lines are a must for lifted vehicles when the stock brake lines are not long enough. They are constructed from extruded PTFE hose with permanently crimped zinc-plated steel fittings. The brake hose is protected from debris and abrasion by a braided stainless steel wire cover. In addition, a clear PVC outer jacket helps to provide extra protection against debris, abrasion, and corrosion. For quality made brake lines that will hold up to your off-roading adventures Trail Gear has you covered.

Trail-Gear Radiator Hoses

Trail-Gear offers radiator hoses for a variety of applications, including many Toyota and Suzuki trucks from 1981 and up. These silicone replacements will provide your engine with a one-of-a-kind advantage in performance and style. The kits are dual layered, combining high-grade silicone and heat-resistant embedded fibers—which will provide exceptional and efficient heat reduction and increased pressure tolerance, giving you peace of mind and years of satisfaction. The radiator hose kits are a direct OEM fit. All silicone hoses are 3-ply polyester reinforced construction with a temperature range from -20 to 350 degrees F. The advantage that a silicone radiator hose has over a standard rubber radiator hose is that the silicone hose can handle much greater temperatures—and they're resistant to ozone exposure, oil, and other engine fluids and electrochemical degradation. All of which means that silicone radiator hoses last about five times longer than a standard rubber radiator hose. Notes: * Trail-Gear silicone radiator hoses are high gloss, black in color, and are shipped with stainless steel hose clamps * Some trimming may be required from either end of each hose for proper fitment. May not work with 2 in. or larger body lifts * These hoses meet and exceed SAE J20 standards * Order the model recommended for your vehicle
