Constructed of .040 in. aluminum, the battery boxes comply with NHRA rule 8:1 and fit most Odyssey PC1500 series, Optima RedTop and YellowTop, and most group 34/78 and 75/25 batteries. The Taylor 200 Series aluminum battery box kits feature the Taylor logo embossed on the lid and include chrome acorn nuts for attaching the lid. Heavy-duty, one-piece welded battery tray hold-downs and spacers are included to accommodate different width batteries. The battery box kits include 16 ft. of positive battery cable and 20 in. of negative battery cable. Taylor Battery Cables

When resistance gets tough, the tough get Taylor battery cables. These 1-gauge cables are made from 980 strands of premium 30-gauge copper wire to deliver more cranking power with less voltage drop than most battery cables. They feature crimped tin plated brass post terminals that are less corrosive and three times more conducive than lead. Copper ring terminals for starter and ground connections are included, along with P-clip cable mounts and shrink sleeve tubing for a professional finish.
