Summit Racing™ LS Turbo Header Flanges
Summit Racing™ turbo header flanges give you a great starting point when fabricating a set of custom turbo headers for your ride. These flanges are cast from 304 stainless steel and then milled flat for a consistent seal on the header gasket, unlike laser-cut flanges that often have some warping. The 1/2 in. thickness provides enough rigidity and strength to support the weight of long tube headers and turbos. The port openings are counterbored for the tube diameter to locate and simplify the welding and smooth the transition into the tube without interfering with the gasket surface. Select the size needed. Check out these features below: * 1/2 in. thick 304 stainless steel flanges provide enough strength/rigidity to support the weight of long-tube headers or turbo manifolds * The ports and bolt holes are CNC-machined for a perfect fit on all Gen 3 and 4 LS-based engines * Available in 1.75, 1.875, 2.0 in. sizes * The flanges are milled flat for a consistent seal on the header gasket * The flange ports have a counterbore to locate the primary tubes and simplify header assembly. These Summit Racing™ block hugger headers will help you to save space and give you the performance that you want. They feature clean welds and precision flanges for accurate and tight seals. The headers come with bolts, gaskets, and reducers. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Summit Racing™ Exhaust Gasket and Bolts Pro Packs
We have put together these Summit Racing™ exhaust gasket and bolts Pro Packs to ensure a leakproof seal for your headers. They feature Fel-Pro Performance exhaust header gaskets made from high-temperature, high-density fiber material around a perforated steel core for durability and heat resistance. To provide a tight seal, we include Stage 8's Grade 8 locking header bolts. They use a patented system that consists of a grooved hex head bolt, a retainer, and a snap clip. The retainer fits over the bolt head and locks the bolt against the header tube, and the snap clip holds the retainer in place. Use one of these Summit Racing™ exhaust gasket and bolts Pro Packs to eliminate blown header gaskets from loose bolts.

Summit Racing™ Split Lock Bolt Kits
Summit Racing™ split lock bolt kits put a new twist on the theory of mechanical locking fasteners. These innovative bolts use a locking set pin built into the bolt itself—and when tightened, the set pin expands the bolt threads against the thread wall. This, in turn, provides a locking system without having to use any additional wires, locking compounds, or lock washers. To remove the split lock bolts, simply loosen the set pin and back out the fastener. They are available in a variety of thread sizes, for engine applications from the 1950s and up.

Summit Racing™ Pro LS Automotive Camshafts
Summit Racing™ Pro LS Automotive cams are affordable and designed in stages with very specific cam timing for each individual application in cathedral and rectangle port versions. This ensures maximum performance and gives you the idle you are looking for. The lobes are designed for stability at high rpm with the spring pressures found in quality .600 and .670 in. spring packs. Careful design guarantees the cams can be installed with minimal difficulty. Although piston to valve clearance should always be verified, the Stage 2 and 3 cams often allow for additional cylinder head milling. The Stage 4 cams often require no changes but can be degreed slightly different as needed. Starting with American bearing steel, they are precision machined on a Landis 3LB CNC grinder with CBN diamond wheels for unmatched quality.

Summit Racing™ Inconel exhaust stud kits are offered to work with our EcoBoost Turbo manifolds or as a replacement for the often-broken factory studs. Made from unbreakable A286 Inconel, these M8 x1.25mm, high-nickel stainless steel studs are corrosion-resistant and will withstand the high temperatures of turbocharged exhaust. Never break another exhaust manifold bolt again! Each kit includes 18 studs and nuts for use with manifolds that include an extra mounting hole.
