If you're building an engine or doing a cam swap, you'll want one of our Summit Racing™ crankshaft sockets in your toolbox. They're available for a variety of engine applications. Not only do these accept 1/2 in. drive ratchets or breaker bars for turning your engine over, but we've built in the provision to mount a cam degree wheel. Each crank socket features a durable black oxide finish and is precision machined from carbon steel for a tight fit over the crank snout. We've knurled the degree wheel retaining nut for a tool-free grip and quick adjustment when turning the degree wheel on the socket for finding top dead center.
