Stef's Header Adapter Plates
Stef's header adapter plates make it easier to increase header size when you are using stock or aftermarket cylinder heads. The flange plates are CNC-machined from 1/2 thick billet aluminum to save weight and to ease the task of matching the adapter plates to the ports. Special hardware is supplied to attach plates to heads without interfering with the header flange. For the ultimate way to increase the capability of your engine, order and install Stef's header adapter plates. Gaskets not included, sold separately.

Stef's confined element oil preheaters put an end to any worries of boiling oil, or the separation of suspended minerals, paraffins, and other oil additives. This design isolates the element itself from direct oil contact within a stainless steel housing containing highly heat-conductive material. They are substantially lighter than stock or aftermarket steel and cast aluminum pans. These pans come complete with mounting hardware, a magnetic drain plug, and a filter extension when applicable. B&B Sure Seals eliminate air leakage around the carb that cause dirty air and a loss of horsepower. B&B Performance Crankcase Evacuation Systems
B&B Performance crankcase evacuation systems offer increased performance, improved oil control, and reduced leakage past seals and gaskets. These pan systems accomplish this by design. The strategy is to lower the pressure inside the oil pan and crankcase allowing the use of low tension oil rings. Systems are available for drag racing, circle track, and all drag/circle 4-cylinder applications. The drag racing pan evacuation systems use both intake manifold vacuum and exhaust pulses in the header collector to evacuate the crankcase; circle track versions are plumbed to the collectors only. Both kits include all necessary oil separators, check valves, and fittings. A better plan to gain performance is with B&B Performance crankcase evacuation systems.

Stef's Oil Pump Primers
The first few seconds of an engine's life are critical. Stef's oil pump primers help start a motor off right by pre-lubing the bearings before firing the engine. The shaft is inserted in place of the distributor; a drill motor chucked on the small end of the primer spins the oil pump, pressurizing the oil galleys and ensuring there's an adequate supply of lubrication throughout the engine. Models are available with a spacer to pressurize the lifter galley—or with a spacer to pressurize both the lifter galley and distributor drive.

Stef's Crossmember Bolts
Stef's crossmember bolts can save precious minutes during quick transmission or clutch changes for F-Body cars. Even when there's no rush, these special bolts reduce the effort required to remove or replace transmission crossmembers in Camaros, Firebirds and Novas. They extend through the subframe, replacing the short OEM bolts which must be balanced on the end of a socket when poking them up into the frame hole. Stef's bolts are made from Grade 8 steel and feature a gold iridate finish.

Stef's Dry Sump Oil Tanks
Stef's dry sump oil tanks feature a revolutionary 360 degree, perforated 4 in. diameter, integral vertical center baffle that forms a positive oil/air separation chamber against the outer tank wall. This promotes immediate downward oil flow and premeditates de-aeration of the return oil without scavenging line flow restrictions. The oil tanks utilize a self-locking cap, a newly designed encapsulated element-type oil heater, and two elastomer lined through-bolt banding clamp mounts. They are made of aluminum and are TIG-welded for superior control.

Stef's Oil Pans
Stef's designed these pan and pump combos for the bracket racer or Pro Streeter. The pans are 100 percent heliarc-welded and come with a PTFE-coated unidirectional windage tray, a magnetic drain plug, and mounting hardware. The matching oil pump comes with the pickup already welded on. A dipstick provision is available for an extra cost. These units are available for vehicles as far back as 1963.
