Steeda likes to make installs as easy as possible—and the right tools do just that! These strut nut sockets feature a cutout area that enables access to the shock or strut shaft. This allows for an Allen key or box wrench to hold the shaft while the nut is torqued to the correct specification. Machined from durable materials, the 1/2 in. drive sockets are etched with their size for easy selection. They're available individually in 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 22mm sizes—or in a kit with all five. Use the tools the professionals do: Steeda!

Remove that stock clunky clutch spring and improve your pedal feel with Steeda clutch assist springs. Late model Mustangs come from the factory with a 185 to 200 lbs./in. assist spring (depending on your model year). Many Pony owners find this compression rate gives them an uncomfortable pedal feel. Steeda engineers have devised a 35 to 95 lbs./in. assist spring, giving you just the right amount of spring, for a perfect clutch feel in your particular vehicle.

Steeda speedometer plugs cover up the mechanical speedometer gear access hole in the new TKO 500 and TKO 600 transmissions, so they can be used on 1999 and later Mustangs with electronic speedometer pickups. The new TKO transmissions are equipped with dual speedometer pickups to work with either electronic or mechanical speedometer pickups. A plug is required to cover the mechanical access hole if it is not being used. The plugs also fit most common Ford transmissions, such as the T-5 and T-45, and are designed for use on race cars without speedometers.
