Spidertrax Off-Road 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacers are an easy way of spacing out front and rear axles that run OE wheels. This added spacing is necessary for keeping those larger tires from crashing into your frame rails and suspension links at full turn. Simply bolt-on like a wheel, and off to the trails you go. Each kit comes with two wheel spacers, 10 wheel studs (pre-installed), 10 lug nuts, and a package of thread locker. Each wheel spacer is anodized in blue, using a double anodizing process for twice the corrosion resistance. In addition, each wheel spacer is wheel and hub centric for a perfect fit. Spidertrax Off-Road Ultimate steering knuckles set the standard for rock crawling and rock racing performance. They now include 7/8 in. spherical bearings and 4340 Spider shoulder bolts across the line. In addition, they feature internal gussets on both upper outer knuckle and lower inner knuckle, adding crucial strength from extreme steering forces and those high impacts from jumps. Ultimate knuckles are designed for Ultimate unit bearings, Ultimate U-joints, and 4140 bolt-on high steer arms (sold separately). They install on any Spider 9 housing with 3 1/2 in. O.D. tubes. * CNC-machined: Tight tolerances are necessary for proper fitment. Post welding, all inner knuckles are CNC-machined. This provides not only a perfect 7/8 in. spherical bearing fit but a precise tolerance between upper and lower spherical bearings. No guesswork, no compromise. * 7/8 in. bolts and bearings: The spherical bearing assembly consists of a 4340 Spider shoulder bolt, shim washer, spherical bearing, shoulder washer, and Type C nut. Combined, each knuckle can withstand over 21,500 lbs. of axial loading and over 130,000 lbs. of radial loading. No grease, no weak links, no hassle. * 50 degrees of steering: An OEM-style 60 knuckle can turn only 38 degrees. Ultimate knuckles can turn all the way to 50 degrees, tighter than any steering knuckle on the market. Manufactured from billet 300M aerospace material with an integrated positive locking design—all while achieving 50 degrees of steering—they're the next best thing in stub shaft technology… and the last stub shafts you'll ever need. These 1480 40 spline stub shafts are designed to work with 60 style U-joints and Spidertrax 40 spline Ultimate Unit Bearings. * Aerospace Quality: Spidertrax follows the strictest AMS Aerospace standards for their heat treatment, complete with double tempering, snap tempering, and cryogenic treatment procedures. Parts are sampled to ensure proper grain structure is achieved up to 0.0003 in. from the surface; that's a depth 1/10 the thickness of a human hair! In summary, you're getting the best material and the best heat treatment on the market. * Locked: Turning 40 degrees is impressive, but Spidertrax axle shafts can turn 50 degrees. Engineers achieved this by positively locking the shaft to the Ultimate Unit Bearing with a billet aluminum cap and cap screw. Keeping that stub shaft tightly secured not only helps with driveline vibration, but helps with overall strength of shaft and U-joint. * 40 Splined: Each stub shaft is 40 splined—a size that makes perfect sense, especially when running properly paired inner axle shafts. When sized with the same shaft diameter as inner shafts, stub shafts end up taking the full punishment in your front-end. The stub shaft should be "stronger" than an inner axle because unlike an inner axle, stub shafts have little room to twist, making them more prone to failure. Spidertrax starts with billet 6061-T6 aluminum and then machines a fully rebuildable seal housing that's designed to accommodate three external O-rings and two high performance axle shaft seals. Both O-rings and seals are pre-installed. With up to five total sealing surfaces, these inboard oil seal kits ensure oil stays where it belongs—inside the housing. The seal is designed to install on the inboard side of your Spider 9, near your differential. These kits come with one aluminum seal housing, three O-rings, two pre-installed high performance axle seals, and set screw.
