Spidertrax Off-Road steering knuckle hardware kits come with everything you need to completely rebuild an inner and outer Ultimate Knuckle (USK/CSK models). For rebuilding a complete front end (two inner knuckles, two outer knuckles), you will need two of these kits.

Designed around NASCAR technology, Spidertrax Off-Road inner axle seal inserts perform like no other seal around. They work with shafts of diameters up to 40 spline and will keep oil where it belongs, inside your housing. These seal inserts are designed to be installed in the Spidertrax High Performance Oil Seal Kit. Although one insert is already installed in that kit, you can buy a second seal insert to "double seal" your shafts.

Genuine Timken bearings, full chromoly heat-treated construction, and a fully integrated drive slug makes the Ultimate unit bearing the only racing unit bearing of its kind—the last bearing you'll ever need. They use 5/8 in.-18 studs on a 5-on-5 1/2 bolt circle, designed specifically for Spidertrax 40 splined axle shafts. Drive cover sold separately. * Compact: With a span of just 2.125 in. from flange to wheel mount, the Spidertrax Ultimate unit bearing is the perfect fit for an Ultra4 solid or IFS (independent front suspension) axle. * Powerful: Spidertrax eliminated the need for a drive slug, packed in 40 splined axle splines, all while adding a 4.235 in. hub register for wheel centering and strength. * Secure: Spindle nuts are not only thread-locked into place, Spidertrax also uses a keyed lock ring. Spidertrax Off-Road offers axle seal kits to completely rebuild your Spidertrax in-board seal housings. Each kit comes with two seal inserts (1 in. or 1.2 in. I.D.), three O-rings, and a new seal retaining set screw. Order the kit recommended for your specific Spidertrax model number.

In the spirit of everything getting bigger in the world of Ultra4 racing, Spidertrax presents its 2 1/4 in. thread aluminum fill cap and steel bung assembly. As the name implies, this massive 2 1/4 in. opening lets you easily peek inside the axle housing—great for gear inspection and easy filling. CNC-machined from billet 6061 T6, the cap is both breathtaking and held to high tolerance. A stepped shoulder on the cap makes threading quick and easy; and the larger outer filler cap indents provide a comfortable grip. Each assembly comes complete with aluminum cap, steel bung, and O-ring.
