Simpson Hybrid Sport Restraints
Simpson Hybrid Sport restraints deliver the same level of safety and protection for adults and youth. Both the Hybrid Sport and Sport Jr. head restraint devices feature lightweight designs of DuPont carbon/polymer construction that provides maximum comfort and maneuverability with superior strength. They're designed for easily exiting the car without the danger of being entangled in other gear—by offering the lowest profile of any comparable device. Simpson Hybrid Sport Jr. systems are 25 percent smaller to fit youth as young as 4 years, and they have fixed-length back tethers. Simpson Hybrid S Restraints
Simpson Hybrid S restraints are not only both FIA and SFI-approved for competition use with multi-point racing harnesses, these head and neck restraint systems have also been tested, and shown, to be compatible with standard 3-point safety belts as found in street vehicles. This allows driving instructors, auto manufacturing test engineers, and other vehicles with 3-point harnesses to have additional protection. Simpson Skyjacker Parachutes
Simpson Skyjacker reinforced nylon parachutes utilize a handmade crossform design that's reliable and durable up to 200 mph. They have a 10 ft. plume, which extends 12 ft. from the car and uses a 12 in. pilot chute and compression launch spring. The 0.090 in. alloy mounting plate allows for bolt-on installation, and they include a Nomex chute pack and backing.
