Primarily used for straight connections in wet exhaust systems and engine water circulation, Shields marine hoses are resistant to engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater. Additional specifications: * Double the ozone resistance required by SAEJ2006 * Temperature ranges from -20 degrees F to +200 degrees F continuous, and +250 degrees F intermittent * Meets SAE J2006 Type R1 standards
