They feature cast aluminum housings and hinges, weather-sealed caps, rubber vibration isolators, and tension adjustment bolts. These well-designed units have cast aluminum and low-mass steel clamps designed to work with most windshields and notched Delrin detents, allowing the mirrors to fold in when hit and easily returned to the original position, and they have a lifetime warranty. Pursuit mirrors are serviceable and use fully adjustable and replaceable convex safety glass that stays in place where you set it.
