These Scott USA diamond grips incorporate a full-diamond, half-waffle design, all in one grip. Their soft-density waffle pattern helps to reduce vibration, arm pump, and fatigue, while the diamond grips' full-diamond pattern helps to deliver maximum comfort and durability. Scott USA Works tear-offs have a number of advancements over conventional tear-offs. Their factory installed pins result in better tear-off performance and eliminate any variance because of faulty pin installation. For micro-adjustment of tear-offs tension, one of the pins is mounted off-center, allowing for a slight increase or decrease in tension on the tear-offs with a simple twist of the pin.
