Scat Excalibur crankshafts are precision-ground, heat-treated, and nitride-hardened for superior wear resistance. They are crafted from lightweight 4340 non-twist forgings.

Features include:

* Lightweight, weighing 48 to 50 lbs. depending on crank selected
* Rough-balanced to 1,800 grams +/- 2 percent
* Have bull nose counterweights for improved windage
* Scoop main oil holes
* Straight shot and chamfered oil holes
* Lightening holes in all rod journals
* Large radius on all journals
* Available in a choice of rear main seal styles, stroke, and rod length
