S&S Cycle offers non-adjustable pushrods for a wide range of Harley-Davidson Big Twin street bikes from the 1940s, '50s, '60s, '70s, and '80s. * Details for 1948-52 models: S&S solid lifter pushrod set for 1948-52 panhead engines. Converts stock 1948-52 valvetrain to solid lifter operation by replacing stock pushrods, which contain built-in hydraulic units with solid non-adjustable S&S pushrods. Requires stock 1948-52 style adjustable lifters. Includes four non-adjustable steel pushrods. Fits stock 74 in. engines with 5.330 in. cylinder length. Pushrods only. * Details for 1966-84 HD models: Non-adjustable pushrod kit. Requires 1948-'2 style adjustable lifters. Includes four non-adjustable steel pushrods. (Pushrods are identical to those used in kit P/N 93-4068.) Recommended for all shovelhead and shovelhead top/panhead bottom engines with 1948-52 style lifters. Fits stock 5.330 in. cylinders.

S&S Cycle Non-Adjustable Pushrod Kits with Adjustable Lifter Adapter

S&S Cycle offers non-adjustable pushrod kits with adjustable lifter adapter for a variety of Harley-Davidson® models from 1966-84. These solid lifter conversion kits for Shovelhead engines with stock 5.330 in. cylinders will convert stock hydraulic lifters to 1948-52 style adjustable solid lifters. Kits include all parts needed for converting to solid lifters: four non-adjustable steel pushrods and four adjustable lifter inserts to replace the stock hydraulic units. Also included are adapters for converting 1953-84 style hydraulic lifters to adjustable solids. Adjuster screws are located in the lifter adapters.
