Spanner wrenches are a must-have tool for adjusting your coilover shock absorbers. RideTech's wrenches grip the retainer under the spring to spin it and adjust the coil spring up or down. By loosening the small bolt holding the collar, you can turn it with the wrench; no need to unbolt the top of the shock. Correct adjustment of the coil spring preload is a critical step toward improved suspension and handling. RideTech machined spanner wrenches can be used manually or as an attachment on your 3/8 in. ratchet.

As things go with any product that has moving parts, those parts will eventually start to wear out. RideTech RidePro plunger assemblies are used to service RideTech solenoid air valves. Replacement plungers are available for RidePro silver round coils, RidePro square black coils, and Big Red valves. Replacement is required when the plunger tip has deformed from use and can no longer hold its proper form, leading to a sealing problem. Sometimes, the valve may not be leaking, but it is not opening. Usually, the plunger is "sticking" to the sealing surface because the coil doesn't have enough power to pull the valve out of its seat. Here again, replacement of the plunger assembly is in order.
