They feature a black E-coating on the fully machined finished hats that passes a 400-hour salt spray test without rusting. The friction surfaces get a double disc ground finish that virtually eliminates runout and disc thickness variation. REKUDO Heavy-Duty Shackle Kits

REKUDO heavy-duty leaf spring shackle/bushing kits feature polyurethane bushings that eliminate the deflection found in stock rubber bushings for a firmer ride, and reduces wheel hop and body roll for better handling. Designed for 1967-81 Chevrolet and Pontiac F-body or 1968-79 GM X-body with multi-leaf springs, the polyurethane bushings allow the leaf springs to respond sooner and more precisely by preventing unwanted suspension movement. Also, polyurethane will not deteriorate like rubber providing you with a long service life. Installation lube is included to prevent squeaking or binding. The shackles in these REKUDO kits feature a heavier gauge steel than stock to prevent deflection there as well.
