PureFlow AirDog 4G Fuel Air Separation Systems

All diesel engines need a state-of-the-art fuel filtration delivery system. The solution is PureFlow AirDog 4G Fuel Air Separation Systems. They are the only true filtration delivery system engineered to separate air from the fuel, as well as water and particulates down to 2 micron from your diesel fuel. This helps increase fuel mileage, horsepower, and torque, all while extending the life of your injection system parts. These fuel systems maintain the proper pressure flow to the transfer pump, eliminating cavitation and vapor. The AirDog Fuel Preporator removes various contaminations, including entrained air/vapor, particulates, and moisture, and removes excess fuel not needed by engines, allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank. Once the lift pump separates the air/vapor it enters the return port after the regulator, allowing pure fuel to flow to the engine at a regulated positive pressure. PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems

PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems are the next generation in fuel delivery for a variety of diesel engine applications. The 5G is designed to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump. AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G fuel/air separation system features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise. A demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. The dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation. The 5G system features larger 3/4 in.-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16 in.-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent back to the tank. Order the model recommended for your vehicle.
