ProCharger introduced the industry's first line of gear-driven superchargers with a self-contained lubrication system—and the cooler operation has produced astounding horsepower and torque gains. This premium synthetic supercharger oil is formulated specifically for high-speed applications, and is essential to maintain internal bearings and gears, as well as to keep your ProCharger warranty in force. For most superchargers, an oil change is recommended after the initial break-in (500 miles automotive, or 15 hours marine), and then at scheduled intervals. Consult the instructions for frequency and oil volume needed to service each unit. ProCharger supercharger oil is available in single bottles or multi-packs.

ProCharger crankshaft pin drill fixture kits are for use on GM LS engines with an ATI harmonic damper. On LS1, LS6 and LS2 engines, the crankshaft and factory harmonic balancer does not use a keyway to positively locate and lock the balancer. In high horsepower applications, the pulley can spin on the crankshaft, sometimes so severely that the crankshaft and balancer can be damaged. ProCharger pinning kits can help eliminate that problem.

Install now, supercharge later; ProCharger serpentine accessory drive kits offer the sleek design style you expect from ProCharger combined with a unique supercharger bracket design that offers you the convenience of adding the supercharger kit when you are ready. A sleek design that functions as good as it looks, they feature a 6-rib accessory belt drive that sits forward to allow an 8- or 10-rib supercharger drive belt to be placed behind it (now or later). Heavy-duty, spring-loaded tensioners are used on both belt kits for virtually maintenance-free operation, even after years of high-load, high-rpm use. To assist in different engine configurations, the supercharger outlet can face either direction. Each kit includes everything you'll need to fit the accessories you want. The base kit includes water pump and crankshaft pulleys, alternator bracket and pulley, and serpentine belt and tensioner. ProCharger P-1X high-output supercharger head units feature the robust, self-contained gearcase that is standard on most ProCharger models, but with a new aerodynamic compressor design. They create cooler-charge air temperatures and more horsepower at the same boost level and step-up ratio as their industry-standard supercharger kits (P-1SC-1 and D-1SC). This higher efficiency design is engineered to be a bolt-in replacement for both of those—they fit in the same brackets—and offers greater maximum-power potential. The compressor side of these superchargers (the volute and impeller) was redesigned with greater efficiency and less parasitic engine load in mind. This produces less heat and power needed to spin the impeller—and that adds up to more horsepower. Bolt-on some of the largest street-legal power gains available with a ProCharger P-1X high-output supercharger system. ProCharger engineers put countless hours of research and development time into forming every angle of the bell, from the shape and angle of the "bowl" section itself, to the rounded lips on the edges. This attention to detail helps to create the highest-flowing inlet possible and gives the Heads-up racers the extra edge on the competition. The Bellmouths are manufactured from billet aluminum, and anodized in black, with laser-etched ProCharger logo, and are available in several different diameters specifically designed with slight nuances in the shape and angles catered to each supercharger.
