OTC pulley holder locking pliers are adjustable and designed to hold pulleys, clutch hubs, flywheels, gears, and sprockets with internal or external teeth up to 4 in. in diameter. They can also be used on applications with slots or holes with 5/16 in. pins. The locking pliers are available with the tool only, or in a kit with 10 accessory fittings.
