For extra safety, NOS has designed an exclusive blow-off venting system. These time delay switches (DIP Switch) allow you to activate a second or third stage of nitrous, or any other electrical device, as a function of time. With a 0.178 in. outlet orifice, the TC178 has the ability to flow in excess of 900 hp of nitrous from a single solenoid. The base is also constructed of 6061 aluminum and then clear anodized, reducing the weight a 1/4 lb. over the NOS Super BigShot trash can solenoid, and still retains the mounting location on the base.
