Unlike restrictive power-robbing factory pipes, Mishimoto polished aluminum intercooler piping is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, and needed bends are mandrel-bent to keep the airflow smooth and flowing. And, of course, an increase in airflow results in more power and lower EGTs to support your diesel rig at any power level. These kits include their silicone boots with DuraCore technology that provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil to effectively increase their life and prevent leaks and blowouts. Borne Off-Road snorkel air intakes move the fresh air inlet over 20 in. above the stock location, allowing the engine to pull in cleaner air. The precision rotational molded tube is made from durable, UV-resistant cross-linked polyethylene that can withstand the heat of the sun and any debris the trail can throw at it. The top of the snorkels include a 6 in. inlet with a steel mesh cover to protect the intake from large debris, and the inlet can also be swapped for a pre-filter to help keep your main intake filter clean.
