Manley Extreme Duty Series performance steel valves are a great choice for supercharged, alcohol-burning, or high-revving engines. These engines generate a lot of heat and require special valves that can handle that kind of punishment. All valves are made from the best stainless steel available, with chrome stems and hardened valve tips. Extreme Duty Series valves are swirl-polished and fully machined and available with either undercut heads or straight stems.

Manley Severe Duty Series Stainless Steel Valves
Manley Severe Duty series performance valves are a great choice for your high performance or race engine. All valves are made from stainless steel (intakes are NK-844; exhausts are XH-428) with chrome stems and hardened valve tips. Severe Duty series valves are made of superior materials, are fully machined and swirl polished, and are available with either undercut "Pro Flo" stems or straight stems.

Manley Pro Series I-Beam Connecting Rods
Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are forged from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material. They're fully machined to produce the strongest rods possible. These rods are shot-peened to Mil specs and are 100 percent individually magnafluxed. They feature 7/16 in. ARP cap screws with 12-point heads and your choice of material grade to maximize your needed tensile strength! Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are available in various sizes for a wide range of vehicles and horsepower ranges from 850 to 1,600 hp. Manley NexTek Valve Springs
These Manley NexTek valve springs are better-designed valve springs using state-of-the-art machinery for purpose-built racing engines. They're manufactured from super-clean, high-tensile chrome silicon steel and are shot-peened to MIL specs for maximum fatigue life. They feature a proprietary, multi-step heat-treating that minimizes load loss and have computer-aided modeling to minimize valve bounce and valve gear separation. The Manley NexTek valve springs are smaller diameter and lightweight, allowing engines to rev higher faster. They have an extended tip thickness designed to eliminate overload breakage, and their tightly controlled open-end flatness reduces valve stem side loading.

Manley Pro Series I-Beam Turbo Tuff connecting rods are assembled from high-quality 4340 forged steel. Every rod is fully machined to the highest standards, and the Turbo Tuff design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower utilization. Each rod is shot-peened after machining and individually magnafluxed. These connecting rods feature 7/16 in. ARP 2000 cap screws with 12-point heads for outstanding 200,000 psi tensile strength.
