Low Range Off-Road leaf spring shackles are manufactured to replace factory shackles which are inadequate for off-road usage. These replacements are designed with many benefits over the OEM shackles. They're constructed from 1/4 in. CNC laser-cut steel, computer-controlled NC bending to ensure accuracy, with Grade 8 hardware for high strength, and special bi-color zinc plating for corrosion resistance. Low Range Off-Road pitman arms are solid, one-piece forgings that are extra strong. Their extra-beefy design is typically wider close to the tie rod hole ... ideal for use with crossover steering. Available for use with select Toyota 4WD, Suzuki Sidekick, Tracker, and Samurai steering boxes, LROR's OEM-replacement pitman arms are new units of the highest quality from OE suppliers. Low Range Off-Road custom pitman arms are offered in a choice of drops, including flat arms with no drop, to fit a variety of lift kits and steering box or power steering swaps. Depending on the application, several feature Toyota FJ80 or FJ60 tapered holes, pre-drilled steering stabilizer holes, and are painted black for corrosion resistance. Low Range Off-Road budget lift kits are an affordable way to achieve the clearance you need to install larger tires on your 1999-2004 Tracker, Vitara, Grand Vitara, or XL-7. The "Basic Kits" combine Low Range Off-Road's signature red 1.5 in. coil spacers and 1.5 in. front strut spacers to give you a full 2 in. front lift. The rear gets a set of 2 in. coil spacers to get you up to 2 inches of lift. Strut tower brace spacers and hardware are included to raise that tower brace up and over your engine and to keep things lined up correctly after the lift. The "Complete Kits" include all the "Basic Kit" components with the addition of appropriate length DT3000 Series shocks to get you a great ride and plenty of flex. Low Range Off-Road extended U-bolts are designed to fit a broad range of lifts. They are 2 in. longer than stock, but the threads begin in the same place as the OE ones. That means that Low Range Off-Road extended U-bolts work on stock applications while still fitting spring-over lifts, heavy-duty springs, and small lift blocks. LROR U-bolts are zinc-plated for corrosion resistance and come with matching nuts and washers.

Low Range Off-Road complete contact axle pads provide more contact with the axle than other spring –over-axle pads to provide the strength needed for hardcore off-roading. They are laser cut from thick steel and CNC press bent for accuracy. The top of each axle pad is cut from a flat sheet, and allows a 100 percent flat surface for your spring, instead of the curved surface of some bent pads on the market. The pad surface is longer than OE pads to help with axle wrap issues that may come from narrower pads, ensuring maximum spring-to-pad surface area.
