Use hydraulic pressure and Lisle pilot bushing removal tools to remove brass and bronze bushings. Made of case hardened steel, they are strong and durable to provide lots of dependable service time. Simply, screw the self-tapping tip 2-3 threads into the brass or bronze bushing and then pump out the bushing with a grease gun. Remove clutch pilot bushings with Lisle removal tools.

Lisle anchor pin bushing drivers, when used in conjunction with Lisle's remover and installer cones (sold separately) are helpful for use in the installation or removal of anchor pin bushings and/or stuck anchor pins for truck and trailer applications. The replacement drivers are made from quality material for durability, and are designed to drive the bushing out by using the small cone (sold separately) and then using the larger cone to install the bushing to the proper depth. This is the replacement driver only.

Lisle exhaust manifold drill template kits will remove broken exhaust manifold bolts/studs without damaging the cylinder heads. The kits contain all the components you need to make the job easier. Tapered bolts center base plate over the bolt holes and a slip-fit bushing allows you to move from hole to hole without moving the base plate. The screw extractor is then used to remove the broken bolt. Lisle offers several kits to cover many applications and they include a bushing to drill to tap size when extractor cannot be used and drill depth gauge to make sure water jacket is not pierced.
