Lingenfelter C6 ZR1 LS9 supercharger snout or supercharger front cover assemblies provide reduced pressure drop and increased horsepower on stock and higher pulley ratio applications. The front supercharger cover casting was designed to provide a more direct path for the airflow from the throttle body to the supercharger. This reduced inlet restriction leads to increased boost and reduced supercharger work. Results include reduced supercharger parasitic losses and reduced supercharger outlet temperatures. If you've installed Lingenfelter overdrive harmonic balancers to increase boost by raising the rpm of your supercharger, air intake elbow upgrade kits may need to be used in conjunction. During dyno testing Lingenfelter has identified issues with OEM air intake ducts sucking shut with the higher air flow created by an overdrive harmonic balancer kit. These air intake elbow kits will prevent this problem by replacing the stock soft rubber air duct. These kits come complete with 4 in. hump hose, 4 in. rubber connector, clamps, fittings, and all required parts.

Lingenfelter regulator plugs are designed to block off the internal fuel pressure regulator in the driver's side fuel tank when converting to an external fuel pressure regulator. These fittings are required to install an external fuel pressure regulator when your fuel system will run at reduced fuel pressures below 54 psi. They're also needed when your fuel system will be running the stock 58 psi fuel pressure but you're converting to a vacuum referenced regulator. The vacuum referenced system will drop below 54 psi of fuel pressure at idle, cruising, or under deceleration. When the fuel pressure drops below 54 psi, the transfer pump from the passenger side tank will no longer correctly function and will fail to transfer fuel. This situation will reduce the vehicle range and fuel system capacity. Since this transferred fuel also helps keep the canister full in the driver side tank, it may also cause the vehicle to lose fuel pressure under high power conditions. Order the block-off plug recommended for your vehicle. Additional notes: * Lingenfelter fuel pressure regulator block-off plugs are precision CNC-machined from aluminum and then anodized blue for added durability * General Motors switched the C5 Corvette fuel systems over to the C6 Corvette fuel system design halfway through the 2003 model year. Corvettes with the last 6 digits of the VIN being 114930 or higher were produced November 25, 2002 and later and have the new C6 style fuel system * These regulator block-offs should be used in conjunction with the Lingenfelter passenger side fuel tank block-off fitting
