Kooks Headers Long Tube Headers
Kooks Headers long tube headers are heavy-duty and crack-resistant, featuring large diameter stainless steel construction (most applications) with smooth-flowing mandrel-bent tubing. They include gaskets, bolts, and oxygen sensor extensions where required. Also available as kits with connection pipes, depending on the application, Kooks long tube header kits include individual connection pipes, a Y-pipe, X-pipe, or H-pipe to connect to the exhaust system. X-pipes are used primarily for high-rpm performance and race applications. H-pipes create lower end power and are used on street cars for increased performance with a comfortable sound level. Kooks Headers GREENCATS are ultra-high performance catalytic converters designed for use with naturally aspirated and forced induction engines up to 900 hp. These catted converters can reliably eliminate 90 percent of emissions-related "check engine light" warnings. Kooks Headers Header and GREEN Catted Connection Kits
Kooks Headers offers header and GREEN catted connection kits for applications such as Ford Mustang 2 V and 4 V engine models from 1996 and up. Pipes are mandrel-bent from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel. The GREEN catalytic converters are EPA verified 400 cell high-flow and are suitable for use with forced induction.
