Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 IR coilover kits are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These Vehicle-Specific (VS) adjustable coilovers feature 2.5 in. aluminum bodies finished with a corrosion-resistant CAD plating, gas-charged internal reservoirs (IR), high-quality coil springs that won't sag or break, and premium bearings that provide extended longevity and minimal deflection. Icon coilover shocks are fully serviceable, so they can be rebuilt and/or revalved to offer an immeasurable service life, and their bolt-in design fits the OE shock location, making installation easy.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 RR CDCV coilover kits are incredible upgrades for your truck or SUV, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON's Vehicle-specific (VS) shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5 in. shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. The remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. And ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) provide precise dialing in of your suspension performance. CDCV controls fluid flow under compression, allowing you to achieve the perfect tune whether driving on the street, slow-crawling through the rocks, or mobbing across the desert at full throttle. Icon Vehicle Dynamics' 3.0 Series coilovers with CDCV for select Toyota Tundras are designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels—by increasing wheel travel by up to 40 percent and significantly improving the damping ability of the front shocks. The 3.0 Series shocks boast 50 percent more piston surface area in the ride zone of the shock's travel, and 100 percent in the "Bump Zone," compared to 2.5 Series shocks. This translates into increased stability and vehicle control at the extremes of off-road use, with benefits in on-road driving conditions, as well. The multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone featured in 3.0 Series shocks exponentially increases bottom-out resistance as the shock travels through the last 40 percent of travel, keeping vehicle dynamics in check during those hard hits or unexpected obstacles.
