Icon Vehicle Dynamics Intelligent Control installation kits are must-have, smart tools to have onboard your vehicle. They package computer, along with application specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wiring harnesses to ensure your install is easy and clean looking. Choose the proper IIC kit for your vehicle. Icon Intelligent Control (IIC) is the computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes data in real-time. Information from the onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. IIC has the capability to collect information at over 1,000 times per second, process the data, make adjustments, and then deliver those changes to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 ms. Icon's billet aluminum link arms are significant upgrades over the factory units due to increases in strength and performance. CNC-machined in-house from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance, they feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise-free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. Together, the quality rod ends and bushings allow your vehicle's suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form.
