They are designed using CAD modeling/FEA analysis for optimal fitment, strength, weight, safety, and appearance. The crossmembers are manufactured from high-strength, low-alloy steel and then black powdercoated for maximum durability. They provide an engineered 3 to 3.5 degree engine/transmission inclination angle that is critical to obtaining suitable U-joint working angles. The manifold kits include stainless steel V-band clamps and flanges, heater hose heat shield, and header bolts. A turbo crossover tube is used to connect the two manifolds (sold separately).
