Hella EGR Valves
Hella EGR valves are produced in line with high-quality standards and the product range is always being expanded. The EGR valve is the most important component of the system, as it provides a connection between the exhaust pipe and the intake manifold. Depending on the actuation, the EGR valve releases the valve opening and allows exhaust gas to flow into the intake manifold. Hella EGR valves are available in different versions: single or double diaphragm design, with or without position feedback or temperature sensor, and, of course, electrically controlled. Position feedback means that a potentiometer is fitted to the EGR valve and provides the control unit with signals about the position of the valve. This enables recirculated exhaust gas volume to be accurately recorded in each load condition. A temperature sensor, if fitted, is used for the EGR valve's self-diagnostics.
