The heat shields for fuel lines combine the best of two worlds, the flexibility of a rugged hot rod sleeve with the strength of lava rock fiber. Lava fiber is naturally acid, chemical, brake fluid, and chemical-resistant. Additionally, the fiber is 25 percent stronger than fiberglass and is abrasion-resistant.
