Haltech Rebel LS Gen 3 and 4 ECU Kits

Haltech's Rebel LS ECU kits provide the most cost-effective, easy-to-install, start-up and drive aftermarket ECU experience. Designed for Gen 3 or 4 LS engines, the all-in-one kit concept simplifies your purchase decision, eliminating the need for costly additional accessory purchases. Each kit arrives with a Rebel ECU, main engine harness and adapter harnesses for throttle, injectors, T56 transmission, (DBW -Gen 4) or (cable throttle and IAC – Gen 3) alternator, knock sensor, existing GM MAP, oil pressure sensors, along with a Bosch O2 and air temp sensor with weld bungs. Installation is a breeze, using a labeled and pre-terminated drop-in harness, which easily connects to existing factory LS sensors. Engine start-up is made easy through the Setup Wizard in the Haltech NSP software and the soon-to-be-released Haltech Connect app. Answer six questions – LS Engine type, cam, throttle body, MAP, injectors and coils with the Wizard prompting a throttle calibration and system check, ensuring an engine that will quickly start, idle and drive. Drivability is continually improved with Haltech's advanced self-learning while additional tuning for your N/A, turbocharged, supercharged or nitrous LS is achieved through Haltech's NSP software. Finally, the Rebel LS ECU kit is compatible with Haltech's plug-and-play CAN accessories, such as the iC-7 dash, keypads, PDM, EGT, wideband and flex-fuel sensors.

Haltech Nexus PD16 PDM Power Distribution Modules

A Power Distribution Module is just like a mechanical fuse and relay box, but smarter. Like a fuse block, it has a main power input and outputs that turn devices on or off, but unlike a conventional fuse block, there are no mechanical contacts and no physical fuses to blow. Haltech PD16 PDMs boast innovative, yet user-friendly technology; designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing Haltech Elite or Nexus engine management system, and ensure safe, dependable power delivery to your vehicle. All the on and off switching is done with solid-state drivers and fuse currents are set digitally by the end-user. Wiring is more intuitive and easier to troubleshoot, and once the power wiring is complete you simply plug the PD16 into the ECU CAN bus and it's automatically recognized on the bus. Haltech PD16 Power Distribution Modules are available with PDM, 120-amp red SurLok connector, USB-C cable and dust cap, and mounting hardware, as well as in kits that will also include either a plug and pin set or a flying lead harness to simplify big wiring jobs.
