By separating the backpressure sensor from the direct connection to the exhaust manifold using FuelTech's backpressure canister, the sensor will be protected from heat, moisture--and has pressure spike filtering naturally built into the canister. This filtering assists in protecting the sensor and allows you to see true indication of pressure in the exhaust manifold. These billet aluminum backpressure canisters measure 2 3/4 in. to 2 1/2 in. with mounting holes 2 in. center-to-center. The sensor port and hardline inlet are tapped to 1/8 in. NPT.
