FAST Magnet-Free Crank Trigger Kits
Recently, engineers at FAST turned to the OEMs to see what they trust in the way of rpm-measuring crank triggers for their 400 and 500 horsepower daily drivers. Until now, flying magnetic trigger wheels with bulky inductive pickups have been used with the risk of broken magnets or losing magnets at high engine rpm. Now there is a better answer--FAST magnet-free crank trigger kits. A magnet-free device, these kits from FAST include a wheel constructed from ASTM A36 grade steel that is so strong that it only needs to be .125 in. thick and is virtually indestructible. With the wheel being this thin, it not only weighs less but requires less space than competitors' aluminum versions. And the FAST inductive sensor is also much smaller than others on the market and is hermetically sealed with the connector molded into the body. The key to the crank trigger's dependability and accuracy lies in the trigger wheel design. Rather than having added magnets, the wheel has tabs on the outer rim. These tabs are measured by the inductive sensor as the wheel revolves, which then provides data to the fuel injection and ignition systems for accurate rpm measurement. And because the tabs are a part of the single wheel unit, there is no possibility of loss or fragmentation as with the magnetic style trigger wheels. This sensor is used by OEMs both on and inside the engine and provides long-lasting, accurate timing. Installation is straight forward, and everything required is included. For those already using the FAST XFI system, it's a plug and play unit. In addition, it's compatible with many other EFI systems on the market.

FAST XDi Sportsman Distributors
FAST XDi Sportsman distributors are designed to deliver the most accurate trigger signal possible throughout the entire rpm range of your race engine. This is accomplished through the use of an advanced Hall-effect style pickup, which is then converted to a signal that most CD ignition controls accept. The benefit of a Hall-effect pickup is: there is no retard, commonly called magnetic pickup compensation—so you can ensure your timing remains stable from idle to race rpm. Inside the CNC-machined billet housing is a polished stainless steel shaft that is supported with sealed ball bearing on the top and a long bushing on the bottom. They've also reduced end play in the distributor to take out any timing variations and damage to the gear. FAST XR-1A High-Output Ignition Coil Harnesses
XR-1A high-output ignition coils from FAST are great for Ford racers, as the factory option is not ideal for engines with high cylinder pressures. However, these aftermarket coils can be difficult to wire thanks to the complexities of the Ford engine. FAST's XR-1A high-output ignition coil harnesses are pre-made to simplify the XR-1A coils on a Ford Mod or Coyote engine that utilizes FAST XIM ignition control module. The harnesses feature a pair of heavy-duty 30 amp relays and fuses, along with heavy-gauge power and ground lead wire to support the high-current demand of XR-1A coils. They are also designed with extra length to accommodate coils that are mounted on or near the cylinder heads or remote-mounted off the engine.
